We had another attenuated workday on Bear because we were both feeling under the weather. However, we made some progress, ticking off a few small jobs and finally getting the bulk of the plywood off the bottom of the lazarette door. You can check out all our progress on our video here.

The message
After being on the boat for nearly a year, we find it pretty funny that the piece of paper did not show up until now. Some might just assume the message is an errant slip of paper from the previous owners, but we like to think it comes direct from Bear herself. Knowing that Bear is rooting for us and wants to get voyaging as quickly as possible is a great motivator for us.
